About
Hi, I'm Trina
Although I was born in the south as a Baptist Christian loving Jesus; it took a while for me to discover my purpose.
As it turned out, my problematic body image due to poor eating habits, and slow metabolism eventually revealed my purpose
during my journey to permanent weight loss to help me look better, move better, and feel better.
If you're like me and most people that stop by my website, you know that dieting alone does not lead to permanent weight loss. We
are living in a time where knowledge has increased to help us live better, but for some reason we're still failing in our efforts to
actually live better, feel better, move better and look better.
You know in your heart it's possible to prosper in every area of your life just as God promised us, and I know you want to make a
difference in your community. You know that being in good health and propsering in every area of your life will allow you to make
that difference.
So what's the problem?
-
The first issue, weightloss isn't solely about dieting. Its a lifestyle change that has the power to impact every weightloss pathway that can leads to permanent weight loss. I discovered that fact when I fell off the wagon after a major financial set back during my real estate career in 2005 to 2006. I allowed my emotions to dictate what I eat and my desire to workout; which lead me to gaining all the weight back plus some...horrible times! I learned gaining control over emotions is imperative to making right lifestyle choices in times of crisis.

The second issue, everybodys' body is different; therefore the failed weightloss pathway(s) may be different from person to person due to microbiom differences and a unique sabotaging lifestyle. I discovered that fact as I experimented with fad diets over the years resulting in yo-yo dieting; you name the diet I've probably tried it. It was the yo-yo dieting that fueled me to self educate myself on how different exercises and nutrition impacts the body in appearence, movement, mental stability and the ability to rest. I learned that all these things (diet, exercise, rest & mindfulness) syntergistically are important to align with a healthy lifestyle.
-
The third issue, your physical condition is a reflection of your spiritual condition. During my journey it became very clear that my spirit was powerfully controlling my lifestyle; it was not what I was eating, but what was eating me. If you're like me and many others, you find yourself making horrible life choices when your spirit is operating in: fear, lonliness, abandoment, feeling under valued, broke in finance or feeling trapped in a world filled with repeated sadness. I learned that everything physical is manifested from your spirit.

The fouth issue is filtering through all the information to discover what's true. In today's world we are bombarded with information on how to lose weight, feel better, look better and move better. We have social media, mainstream news, commercials, magazines, food industries, physicians and the pharmaceutical companies telling us what's best to live better. The term "mis-information" has become so prevelant in our vernacular, but it's usually attached to an agenda not necessarily leading you to look better, feel better or move better at every stage of your life. I learned that any decision made from truth will always lead to life, and any decision made from deception will always lead to death.
If you're like me and most people you want the truth in a simple format so you can execute with massive permanent results you
desire. That is what I'm giving back to the world as I walk in my purpose.
You see I am not a doctor or nutritionist. I am a women that had a body
image problem and discovered ways to correct the problem with
permanent results. I'm now sharing how I worked through all the road
blocks to help others achieve their body image goals permanently too.
As you can see the photo on the right is proof of my past struggles. The
2007 photo represent my 2nd & final battle with the bulge due to my failed
real estate career. I rocked that look for almost three years before I
2007 2012
decided to make a permanent change. The 2012 photo represent the results of my losing over 40 pounds in 90 days while traveling.
It took me a few years to gain the confidence to enter my first bikini competition in 2012 at the age of 47.
Here's what I know, excessive body fat is not a problem, it's a symptom letting you
know one or more of your fatloss pathway(s) has be compromised preventing you
from losing weight and keeping it off. And it's not just the physical aspect of your life,
but the spiritual aspects manifesting as a physical problem.
I want to use my knowledge, and life experiences to help you not only discover your
failing fatloss pathways but help implement corrective solutions to permanent weight
loss at every stage of your life.
